My name is Shayna Boyd, and I've been a REALTOR since 2017. Since then, I have consistently provided home buyers and sellers with professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services. I am more than just a real estate agent; I am a REALTOR® with a Code of Ethics to follow.

I was also awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). In addition, I have become a Certified New-Home Specialist (CNHS).

ABOUT ME:

I have three beautiful daughters, who motivate me daily. My hobbies vary, but I especially like any outdoor activity! I love to ride the river with my family, play softball with my kids, or do anything involving helping others. I also have helped expand an excellent Nonprofit Organization called SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education) by becoming the Charter Lead of SAVE North Myrtle Beach. We focus on preventing suicide and the five steps you can take to save someone's life!

BACKGROUND:

I have lived in almost every city in Horry County; in fact, my friends say I have a gypsy soul because of this. So, if you're looking for someone with knowledge of all the corners and backroads of this beautiful county, I'm your agent. I love my job, everything about real estate, and the new people I meet. I like to see the joy of a seller when they sell their property and get the price (or more) than what they wanted, and a buyer's face lights up when they find their perfect property! I am a diligent and determined agent. I always answer the phone and never give up until my clients get results!
